International Shipping.

 

We have multiple carriers and services for International shipments. Including DHL Express, USPS First Class Package International, Priority Mail Express International, Priority Mail International.  Customers MUST pay all duties and taxes upon delivery. We ship internationally to Australia, Austria, Canada, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

 

When will my order arrive?

1 - 10 days to fulfill depending on site activity (this excludes weekends and holidays where shipping does not occur).

Domestic: 2 - 4 business days once shipped

International: 5 - 14 business days once shipped

*Orders usually ship within 24 - 48 hours of being placed and processed.

 

I changed my mind. Can I get a refund or make an exchange?

I do not live in the U.S.A. Can I order online?

We accept Domestic and International orders. International shipping rates do apply. Customer MUST pay all duties and taxes upon delivery.

 

Why do my billing and shipping address have to match?

We require that your billing and shipping address match as an additional step to prevent credit card fraud.

 

I placed a successful order but why didn’t I receive a confirmation email yet?

During high-traffic periods, there may be a small delay in delivery of confirmation emails. If you have not received an email after ONE HOUR, please check your Junk Mail folder. If you think you entered an incorrect email, please contact us using the contact form with your order number and last name and we will have your confirmation information resent.

 

When are particular items released?

Most of our items do not have set release dates. We suggest signing up with the newsletter for information regarding impending releases and so on.

 

Do you offer gift cards?

We do not offer gift cards at this time.

 

Package lost/stolen/damaged?

If a package has been delivered to the shipping address that you provided at checkout, we are not responsible if that package is lost or stolen after delivery. We understand that having a package taken from your porch is frustrating. But it must be your responsibility to know typical delivery times of postal workers in your neighborhood, and make sure someone is home to receive the package.

Please choose the right shipping method if you have concerns of package theft or loss. Our Shipping option is provided by USPS, which does not include comprehensive insurance or signature confirmation. If you would like these safeguards added to your shipment, we suggest choosing Upgraded USPS UPS or DHL at checkout.

If your package is lost in transit (very rare) this is the carrier's responsibility. In this case you may reach out to YOUR SELECTED SHIPPING SERVICE directly for assistance. If your package was insured, send us an email right away and we can file a claim.
